The Balance scorecard can be used for diagnostics, strategic management implementations, budgeting, governance and the list goes on.
One thing is clear about this tool and that is, it is designed to be used as a tool to help maintain not create "maximum performance".
For Smaller Business, Social enterprises and Non-for Profit organisations. The Balance scorecard is a must for People , systems, customers and Financial optimisation.
Why use a balance scorecard?
- To maintain sustainable competitive advantage in the information age, strategic business units must broaden their base of intangible assets and the means by which performance is measured and continuously improved.
- The balanced scorecard provides a comprehensive framework for implementing strategic plans by translating an organization's strategy into a set of key performance indicators.

SYSTEMS TOOLS
What are Systems tools ?
Systematic thinking is inevitable within a growth span of an organisation. The concept behind any type of true systems thinking tool is the ability to think outside the box. To establish the true root of a dilemma, one must be able to objectively explore from all angles visible and invisible barriers.
